Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare two coffee cake pans.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing gently.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
