Blt Puffs
Delicious and savory puff pastries filled with a cheesy, slightly spicy flavor, perfect as appetizers or party snacks for any occasion.

Instructions
- Combine 1 cup water and butter in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and remove from heat immediately.
- Mix the all-purpose flour and dry spaghetti sauce mix in a bowl.
- Add the flour mixture to the water and butter mixture all at once and stir until blended.
- Return the mixture to heat and cook, stirring constantly, until it dries slightly.
- Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition until the mixture pulls together and resembles mashed potatoes.
- Drop small mounds (about 3/4 inch in diameter) from a teaspoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Let the puffs sit for about 20 minutes before baking.
- Combine 1 teaspoon water with the remaining egg and beat until blended.
- Brush each puff with this egg wash.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely before filling.
