Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1-3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 c blue cheese
  • 1 c milk
  • 2-10 oz frozen broccoli, cooked
  • 1/3 c crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a saucepan.
  2. Blend in flour, cream cheese, and blue cheese until smooth.
  3. Add milk and stir until the mixture boils.
  4. Stir in cooked broccoli.
  5. Pour mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish.
  6. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and serve.
