Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons dry red wine
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • dash of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mash the blue cheese with a fork until crumbled.
  2. Mix vegetable oil, dry red wine, wine vinegar, salt, paprika, ground pepper, dry mustard, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Gradually stir the mixture into the mashed cheese until well combined.
