Ingredients

  • several fillets of fish
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the fish fillets.
  2. Dip the fish fillets in beaten egg.
  3. Roll the fillets in seasoned bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese mixture.
  4. Place the coated fillets in a baking dish coated with oil or spray.
  5. Baste the fillets with melted margarine.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven until the fish flakes and is cooked through.
