Ingredients

  • 24 graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 12 x 8-inch glass pan to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, cream cheese, and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until the custard is set and firm.
  5. Allow to cool completely.
  6. Pour blueberry topping over the cooled custard layer.
  7. Spread whipped cream over the blueberry topping.
  8. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top if desired.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
