Tips & Substitutions

For a lighter version, consider using low-fat cream cheese and sour cream. If blueberries are out of season, swap them with raspberries or strawberries for a fresh twist. Letting the gelatin cool too long can cause it to set improperly, so keep an eye on the time. This Blueberry Lush makes an excellent dessert for potlucks or family gatherings.

Serving Suggestions

Serve chilled for the best taste and texture. This dessert pairs beautifully with a dollop of whipped cream on top for added creaminess. For a fun twist, consider serving it alongside some Grilled Corn as a refreshing summer meal. It's perfect for gatherings and potlucks.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The gelatin layer can become watery over time, so it's best to consume within a couple of days. If desired, you can also freeze the dessert, but the texture may change once thawed.
