Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 2 eggs, unbeaten
  • 2 c. blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Florida orange peel

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Put all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Stir until mixed.
  4. Bake in an ungreased 9 x 9-inch pan for 45 to 55 minutes.
  5. Cool and serve.
