Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 c. hazelnuts
  • 2 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1 large bluefish (5 to 7 lb.)
  • 1/8 lb. butter

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a heavy pan.
  2. Lightly brown chopped mushrooms, chopped hazelnuts, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the large bluefish.
  5. Bake in a 450°F oven for 30 minutes.
