Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2-1/3 tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Crust: Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Do not overmix.
  4. Filling: Cream butter.
  5. Add sugar, yolk, and milk.
  6. Add nuts.
  7. Preheat oven to 350F.
  8. Lay crust in tiny muffin pan.
  9. Add filling.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes.
