Ingredients

  • 1 bag carrots
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 onions
  • 6 or 7 medium potatoes
  • 2 steaks or 6 pork chops or 1 cut-up chicken
  • barbecue sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Mrs. Dash

Instructions

  1. Chop up carrots, celery, and onions; quarter potatoes.
  2. Line a roasting pan with your choice of meat.
  3. Put a little barbecue sauce and all other seasonings over the meat.
  4. Layer carrots, celery, onions, and potatoes over the meat, adding sauce and seasoning to taste.
  5. Bake covered at 375°F until celery is tender.
