Ingredients

  • 4 lb. tenderloin
  • 1/2 Tbsp. seasoning salt
  • 4 1/2 oz. butter
  • 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. shallots, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. Burgundy wine

Instructions

  1. Cut the tenderloin into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Season the beef cubes with seasoning salt.
  3. Melt 2/3 of the butter in a pan and braise the beef for 20 minutes.
  4. Saute the sliced mushrooms and chopped shallots in the remaining butter.
  5. Stir the flour into the vegetables.
  6. Combine the wine with all ingredients in the pan.
  7. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve over noodles.
