Ingredients

  • grated cheese
  • 1 tsp. molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
  • chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard

Instructions

  1. Place bologna slices in muffin cups without cutting edges.
  2. Stir together pork and beans, mustard, and molasses to make the filling.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of the bean mixture in the center of each bologna slice.
  4. Top with grated cheese and chopped onion.
  5. Place under a broiler and heat until the bologna curls up into a cup shape and the cheese melts.
  6. Serve hot with chips or French fries.
