Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. grape jello
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 1 cup crushed pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the grape jello in 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Add blueberry pie filling and crushed pineapple to the jello mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 10 x 10 x 2-inch oblong dish and let it set.
  4. Soften the cream cheese and fold in the sour cream.
  5. Add vanilla and sugar to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  6. Fold in crushed pecans into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread the cream cheese and pecan mixture over the set fruit jello layer.
