Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 small can mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, chopped onion, rice, chicken broth, beef broth, and canned mushrooms.
  3. Mix well to evenly distribute all ingredients.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour until rice is tender and flavors are melded.
