- Cut the lean round steak into strips.
- Blend Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano to make the filling.

- Place the rolled meat in a crock-pot and cover with tomato-herb sauce and red wine or sherry.
