Ingredients

  • 3 cucumbers, peeled
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumbers once lengthwise and once crosswise.
  2. Sprinkle with pepper and sauté lightly in margarine.
  3. Dissolve bouillon cube in water and add to the pan.
  4. Cook covered over low heat for 5 minutes.
