Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 (1/2-inch) pork loin chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 2/3 cup peach slices
  • 2/3 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp brandy
  • 4 orange slices
  • 4 lime slices
  • 4 maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook pork chops in oil until lightly browned on one side.
  3. Turn pork chops and cook until browned well and no longer pink inside.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then remove chops and keep warm, draining drippings.
  5. Combine peach slices, pineapple chunks, orange marmalade, and brandy in the skillet.
  6. Cook and stir until heated through.
  7. Spoon the fruit mixture over the pork chops.
  8. Top with orange slices, lime slices, and maraschino cherries before serving.
