Ingredients

  • 1 (2 to 3 lb.) pork roast
  • 2 lb. Polish sausage
  • 1 large can sauerkraut
  • 2 cans Pillsbury biscuits

Instructions

  1. Place the pork roast in a 5-quart Dutch oven.
  2. Add Polish sausage and sauerkraut to the Dutch oven.
  3. Add 1 quart of water and cover with a lid.
  4. Cook in a 375°F oven until the pork is tender, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  5. Remove from the oven and arrange canned biscuit dough over the top of the dish.
  6. Bake for an additional 30 minutes until the biscuits are golden and cooked through.
