Ingredients

  • 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled and softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 to 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy or Cognac
  • 1/3 cup sesame seed, toasted

Instructions

  1. Beat blue cheese, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, and brandy in a small bowl on low speed until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for about 6 hours or until firm.
