Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. marshmallow
  • 2 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lime jello in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water and lemon juice to the dissolved jello.
  3. Gradually add the jello mixture to the cream cheese, mixing well until blended.
  4. Chill until the mixture is thickened but not set.
  5. Fold in marshmallow, drained crushed pineapple, and chopped nuts.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 6-cup ring mold.
  7. Chill until the gelatin ring is firm and set.
