Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons yeast, active dry
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 3 tablespoons milk, skim, (non fat) powder
  • 3 tablespoons gluten flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger ground
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup pumpkin canned
  • 23 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup raisins, seedless or chopped walnuts, or both

Instructions

  1. Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
