Bread Machine Yogurt Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water (110 degrees)
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 3 1/3 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup canned whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Transfer to bread machine pan.
  3. Makes a 2 pound loaf.
  4. Medium crust.
  5. When finished, remove from pan and let set for 30 minutes.
  6. Store in air tight container.
