- Beat eggs and water together in a shallow bowl.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Shake pork chops in a bag with flour, coating completely. Shake off excess flour.
- Dip floured chops into beaten eggs, then coat with seasoned bread crumbs.
- Fry the chops in hot oil until edges are browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Turn and fry the other side until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Optionally, dip bread slices in leftover eggs and bread crumbs and fry to serve alongside the pork chops.
