Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • flour
  • seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and water together in a shallow bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Shake pork chops in a bag with flour, coating completely. Shake off excess flour.
  4. Dip floured chops into beaten eggs, then coat with seasoned bread crumbs.
  5. Fry the chops in hot oil until edges are browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Turn and fry the other side until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Optionally, dip bread slices in leftover eggs and bread crumbs and fry to serve alongside the pork chops.
