Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Shake together the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a Ziploc bag.
  2. Shake the chicken in the flour mixture to coat evenly.
  3. Dip the coated chicken in milk.
  4. Shake off any excess milk from the chicken.
  5. Dip the chicken again in the flour mixture to recoat.
  6. Fry the chicken in a small amount of oil until golden brown and cooked through.
