  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Slice bananas and freeze overnight.
  2. Place frozen bananas, skim milk, low-fat yogurt, wheat germ, egg (optional), and vanilla in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Garnish with nutmeg before serving.
