Brunch Souffle Casserole

Instructions
- Slice 3 sausage links into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Reserve some sausage slices for top garnish.
- Slice each remaining sausage link into 3 or 4 pieces.
- Place sausage pieces into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Layer bread cubes over the sausage.
- Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the bread.
- Beat together eggs, milk, evaporated milk, cream of mushroom soup, and seasonings.
- Pour the egg mixture over the contents of the pan.
- Cover the pan tightly with foil or a lid.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Uncover and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Let stand about 2 minutes to firm up before serving.
