Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb sausage
  • 2 packages refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 1 cup grated potatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chopped ham

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
  2. Separate refrigerator crescent rolls into 16 triangles.
  3. Press the crescent roll triangles over the bottom and sides of a 12-inch pizza pan to form the crust.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add chopped ham, grated potatoes, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper to the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the egg and vegetable mixture over the crust in the pizza pan.
  7. Sprinkle shredded sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses over the top.
  8. Add cooked ground beef and sausage evenly over the cheese.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set and golden brown.
  11. Slice and serve hot.
