Ingredients

  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Grease 9 x 9 pan. Grate Cheddar cheese and sprinkle in pan. Cook sausage; drain and sprinkle on top. Beat eggs with Bisquick and milk. Pour over all in pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Could add green chilies and canned French fried onion rings.
