Hearty breakfast casserole combining savory sausage or bacon, cheesy and eggy flavors with toasted bread, perfect for overnight prep and satisfying morning cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sausage or Bacon
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 6 Slices Bread
  • 3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard

Instructions

  1. Fry, crumble, and drain the sausage or bacon.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Remove crust from bread and cube.
  4. Cube the cheese and mix well with the bread and eggs.
  5. Combine the sausage, bread mixture, and cheese in a 9x9 inch pan.
  6. Pour in the mixture, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes before serving.
