Ingredients

  • 8 oz nonfat cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups berries or cherries

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, and lemon peel with an electric mixer.
  2. Blend in nonfat sour cream and egg whites until smooth.
  3. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonfat cooking spray and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 40 minutes.
  6. Cool the cheesecake, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
