Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • American cheese
  • hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add beaten eggs (about 6 eggs) to the cooked sausage and scramble together until fully cooked.
  3. Heat the flour tortillas in wet paper towels for 30 to 60 seconds until warm.
  4. Place a slice of American cheese on each hot tortilla.
  5. Add the cooked sausage and scrambled eggs onto the cheese-covered tortillas.
  6. Use hot sauce as desired.
  7. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
