Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. briciole steak
  • 1 pkg. mushroom Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mushroom Stove Top stuffing mix according to the package instructions.
  2. Lay the briciole steak flat on a surface and spread the prepared stuffing evenly over the top.
  3. Combine the Parmesan cheese and shredded Mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle the mixture over the stuffing.
  4. Drain the small can of mushrooms and top the cheese with the mushrooms.
