Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 pound cubed Brick cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch pan and set aside.
  2. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl.
  3. Fold in flour into the egg and milk mixture.
  4. Add the melted butter and cubed Brick cheese to the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle salt on top.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes.
