Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz. broccoli
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli for approximately 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, beaten egg, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and finely chopped onion.
  3. Add the cooked broccoli to the mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Crumble approximately 4 slices of bread and mix with half a stick of melted butter.
  5. Spread the bread and butter mixture over the broccoli mixture in a baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or microwave for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until heated through and golden.
