Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 20 oz frozen chopped broccoli

Instructions

  1. Partially cook the frozen chopped broccoli.
  2. Drain the broccoli and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  4. Add the cooked broccoli to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
