- Saute chopped onion and chopped celery in margarine for 5 to 10 minutes, until tender.
- Combine the sautéed vegetables with thawed chopped broccoli, uncooked Minute rice, and cream of celery soup.
- Spoon the mixture into a 1 1/2 to 2-quart baking dish sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
- Alternatively, microwave on High for about 20 minutes, stirring and turning at 10 and 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
