Ingredients

  • 2 pkg chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 2 cups uncooked Minute rice
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion and chopped celery in margarine for 5 to 10 minutes, until tender.
  2. Combine the sautéed vegetables with thawed chopped broccoli, uncooked Minute rice, and cream of celery soup.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a 1 1/2 to 2-quart baking dish sprayed with Pam.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  5. Alternatively, microwave on High for about 20 minutes, stirring and turning at 10 and 15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
