Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • 3 to 4 carrots, 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup instant rice

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots until tender.
  2. Drain the cooked vegetables.
  3. Transfer the drained vegetables into a casserole dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, instant rice, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture over the vegetables in the casserole dish.
  6. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-30 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
