Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 (10 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimentos

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk and condensed Cheddar cheese soup.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly.
  3. Stir in frozen chopped broccoli, frozen hash brown potatoes, frozen whole kernel corn, and chopped pimentos.
  4. Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
