Ingredients

  • 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup baking mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
  3. Thaw broccoli and drain well.
  4. Mix broccoli, shredded Cheddar cheese, and chopped onion in the pie plate.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, milk, baking mix, salt, and pepper for 1 minute on high speed.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli mixture in the pie plate.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
