Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. cooking wine
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. orange peel, grated
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Simmer chicken thighs in butter in a large frying pan for 10 to 12 minutes until somewhat browned.
  3. Add cooking wine; cook for about 5 minutes more.
  4. Remove chicken to a baking pan, skin side up, in a single layer without stacking.
