Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Melt the butter.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, herbs from the stuffing, and beaten eggs.
  4. Add the creamed corn and frozen broccoli to the mixture.
  5. Stir in 3/4 of the package of dry stuffing.
  6. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining stuffing crumbs on top.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes.
