Broccoli Country Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 small box Jiffy ready mix cornbread (yellow)

Instructions

  1. Cook unseasoned broccoli until tender.
  2. Mix margarine, cottage cheese, Jiffy mix and broccoli.
  3. Drop in beaten eggs.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375°.
