Broccoli Custard Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Minced broccoli
  • 2 c. Creamy cottage cheese
  • 1 can (8-ounce) whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 4 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. Minced green onion
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 dsh Tabasco
  • 1/4 c. Melted butter

Instructions

  1. Place broccoli in a greased casserole 1x7x2 inches.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, Large eggs in a large bowl - mix well.
  3. Add in onion, corn, cheese and pepper sauce.
  4. Mix and pour over broccoli.
  5. Heat butter and mix well with bread crumbs.
  6. Spread over top.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min.
  8. Cold 5 min before serving.
