Broccoli Puff(No Salt)

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 slices American cheese, broken up
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix mushroom soup, egg, milk and mayonnaise together.
  2. Put broccoli in deep dish, pour mixture over.
  3. Add cheese.
  4. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs; pour over cheese.
  5. Bake 3/4 hour in 350° oven.
