Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 bag seasoned Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chopped broccoli until almost done, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and add seasoned bread crumbs and chopped onions, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Spread the broccoli in a casserole dish and pour the bread crumb mixture over it.
  4. Mix the cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups together and pour over the casserole.
  5. Use a knife to cut down through the mixture to distribute it evenly.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven until warm and the flavors are blended.
