Broccoli Ricotta Pie

- Throughly drain and squeeze thawed broccoli. Melt butter and fry onions until soft. Add broccoli and stir until most of the moisture is gone. Remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until the mixture looks like green and white marble. Pour into Baked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 40 min, or until top is golden, and filling is set.
- You may add mushrooms. Serves 6
