Broiled Banana Split

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, halved and split down middle
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 small can (flat) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Place 1/2 split banana in each of 4 flameproof dishes. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and fine apple, then nuts.
  2. Dot with margarine.
  3. Broil 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or yogurt.
  5. Serves 4.
