Ingredients

  • 3 flavors Jell-O
  • 4 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1 package gelatin
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 30 graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare three different flavors of Jell-O, each using 1 1/2 cups hot water, and pour into shallow pans to set.
  2. Allow the Jell-O to set completely, then cut into cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold crushed pineapple into the whipped cream.
  5. Layer the Jell-O cubes and pineapple cream mixture in a serving dish or assemble in layers as desired.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
