Brown Sugar Coffee Bars

Instructions
- Mix shortening, brown sugar, eggs, soda and salt; mix well, then add flour and cup of coffee and mix well.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan (greased).
- Sprinkle crushed walnuts and package of chocolate chips on top.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 40 minutes.
